My main values

• Health and wholeness - Attention is power - whatever I give my attention to grows. I see myself as a powerful being, rooted in self-trust rather than external validation. When I cultivate inner harmony, I naturally create uplifting energy in my outer world.

• Honesty - Living as my authentic self. I gain deeper respect by expressing my truth rather than trying to please others. True freedom comes from feeling safe to be who I am. The more harmony I cultivate within, the easier it becomes to create from clear and pure intention.

• Love - Being heart-centered and taking loving care of myself and those around me. The more love I embody, the more grounded and powerful I become. Love, to me, is acceptance, seeing beauty in myself and in life as it is. It is the understanding that the world is a safe, loving whole in which we evolve into our true nature.

• Creation - Continual evolution toward my visions, goals, and dreams. I act from my heart with trust, and I take aligned action to create the life experiences I wish to live.

• Energy and Abundance - Everything is energy - as within, so without. I consciously direct my energy through thoughts rooted in love. I draw energy from my commitment to becoming the highest version of myself. We are all born into an abundant world, continuously and freely creating our reality.
