I choose to live with presence and intention, guided by a daily routine that creates a stable foundation for my long-term vision: a life remembered for joy, harmony, and meaning.

Every action matters. Each choice either moves us closer to - or further away from- the life we wish to create.

Morning

I begin my day in stillness. Upon waking, I play my own 40-minute guided meditation, allowing my nervous system to settle and my awareness to soften. Afterward, I make my bed and take a refreshing shower to prepare my body for the day ahead.

Before breakfast, I practice yoga and meditation, reconnecting with my breath and physical presence. When I finish, I enjoy a nourishing, healthy breakfast accompanied by gentle piano music. Only then do I move into my daily responsibilities.

"The foundation of a good day is a pleasurable morning routine."

Day time

Each day carries a different rhythm - especially in a woman’s life. Our bodies follow a monthly cycle, and our strengths shift depending on the phase we are in. I honor this by allowing my days to remain flexible and responsive.

Some afternoons are spent meeting friends for tea or enjoying a beautiful restaurant. On other days, I devote my energy to movement, yoga, and time in nature. There are moments when I prefer to stay home, writing in my journal, creating blog content, or caring for my space.

When global cultural events such as Fashion Week or Art Basel are taking place, I enjoy being more active and exploring inspiring environments.

evening and Night time routine

I value being home early and creating space for calm, nourishing evenings. Often, I enjoy dinner with friends at a wonderful restaurant. On quieter nights, I love to cook at home, cooking is both a creative and grounding ritual for me.

Before sleep, I return to yoga, meditation, and gratitude journaling. Cultivating gratitude is essential to my inner state; the more I practice it, the more abundance I notice in my life.

I end the day with a warm, comforting shower and my skincare ritual, preparing my body and nervous system for deep rest.
