Guided meditations changed my life

I am deeply passionate about creating guided meditations, especially since I discovered the principles of conscious creation. Guided meditation is one of the main tools I use to refine my inner state, clear my focus, and consciously shape my direction. I return to it every day because I genuinely experience its positive, harmonising, and empowering influence on my

life.

"What began as curiosity became daily practice, and daily practice became a way of life."

The Beginning - Discovering Deep Rest and Inner Direction

During my university years, I regularly used recorded relaxation sessions. My intention was clear and practical: I wanted deep rest in the middle of the day so I could continue creating and performing at my highest capacity.

Falling asleep had never been easy for me before that time. Since childhood, I had been a light and short sleeper. That is why I was genuinely surprised at how effectively guided voice recordings helped me relax and even fall asleep during the day. I immediately recognized it as a natural, substance-free method for elevating my performance and directing my inner state.

That discovery led me to explore more methods, including self-hypnosis, affirmation recordings, and guided visualization. The effects were clearly noticeable. My focus improved, my emotional balance strengthened, and I felt more mentally clear and internally steady in my studies and everyday life.

Over time, I practiced many forms of guided relaxation and visualization. I began using these deeply restful states not only for recovery, but also for intentional creation - aligning with my desires in a conscious and structured way. I wrote down my goals, visualized them in detail, and used guided meditations to cultivate inner peace, joy, and direction. At that time, I mainly followed meditations created by experienced teachers. Many of the manifestation and goal-setting techniques I practiced came from Brian Tracy’s teachings. His work had a strong and lasting influence on me and opened my eyes to the creative power each person holds when thought, emotion, and action are aligned.

"With consistent daily practice, mastery naturally begins to develop."

Psychology, Success, and Mental Conditioning

Alongside meditation, I was deeply engaged in psychology and human potential. I often read one to three books per week and kept a rhythm of reading every morning and evening.

I was fascinated by how success is built and sustained, and I studied the lives and mental patterns of people who made a meaningful impact on the world.

My focus was on how the mind works - and how it can be trained.

Expansion, Visibility, and Inner Re-Alignment

Winning Miss Universe Hungary in 2016 was a major life milestone and a powerful external achievement. It brought visibility, travel, opportunity, and intensity. Life accelerated quickly, and I experienced firsthand how important inner grounding is when outer life expands. For those 2-3 years, I often missed my inner work, and the pressure from an intense lifestyle affected my physical health.

After that period, I made a conscious decision to re-center and strengthen my inner structure again. I see this phase not as losing my practices, but as learning how essential they truly are.

Choosing Myself — A Conscious Lifestyle Shift

Around 2019, I made a clear inner commitment to my well-being and alignment. I reduced overstimulation, stopped excessive partying, and returned to daily active meditation practices with discipline and devotion. This shift was powerful and self-led. I learned to choose myself fully and finally.

I returned to guided meditations with a new intention: physical harmony, emotional stability, and discovering my deeper purpose. I explored healing visualizations, centering practices, and emotional regulation through meditation. I studied breathing techniques to deepen meditative states and support balance between the brain hemispheres and the nervous system.

Eventually, I began writing and recording my own guided meditations for personal use. I found them even more effective than external recordings because they were precisely aligned with my inner state and goals.

At the same time, I started developing my own meditation and movement systems that combine breath, awareness, and intuitive body flow.

For the past seven years, I have been creating, studying, practicing, and refining these methods. Today I share them from a grounded sense of inner knowing.

The Reality of Growth — Cycles, Depth, and Conscious Exploration

My growth over these seven years has been real and dynamic - not linear, but deeply educational. There were faster and slower periods, expansions and integrations. I learned from all of them.

I traveled again, celebrated again, and explored again - but with consciousness and clarity, without alcohol or substances. My path included deeper spiritual experiences and trainings, including Reiki attunement, Kundalini Activation transmission, cacao ceremonies, yoga immersion, and plant medicine ceremonies approached with respect and intention.

Each experience added dimension - but my foundation remained daily practice, breath, meditation, and self-awareness.

How I Create Guided Meditations

When I create a guided meditation, I first bring myself into a deeply centered, clear state. I cleanse my system through energy practices, often in nature, and regulate my breath and nervous system. I only begin recording when I feel internally aligned and mentally clear.

From that grounded wholeness, I allow the guidance and wording to come through naturally. I speak from my center - grounded, present, and intentional. Everything I create comes from my highest embodied state.

My Method — Body, Breath, and Conscious Visualization

Because these recordings were originally created for my own evolution, they are both intuitive and precise. I examine my life honestly and identify areas ready for expansion.

My meditative method often includes:

  • intuitive, yoga-inspired movement

  • conscious breathwork

  • nervous system regulation

  • deep-state visualization

I allow the body’s intelligence to lead while the mind becomes still. From a state of wholeness, I consciously visualize joyful and deeply fulfilling outcomes, and I feel them fully in my body and live them in my being: a vibrant, healthy body, loving relationships, true abundance, and meaningful life experiences.

Through consistent practice, my growth accelerated, and I naturally attracted aligned, inspiring people and opportunities that matched my frequency.

Living Practice — Shared in Real Life

Between 2023 and 2025, many of my meditation and movement practices naturally moved outdoors into parks and open green spaces. I noticed something beautiful and unexpected: children were consistently drawn to the calm, focused atmosphere of these sessions. They would come over, observe, and then join in - breathing, stretching, and moving with surprising presence and joy. I welcomed it. Sharing these practices with them felt natural and uplifting.

Over time, this organic gathering became a gentle rhythm. The children began telling me how much calmer, happier, and more focused they felt afterward. Adults often joined as well -women and men who felt safe to reconnect with their bodies, breath, and inner stillness in my presence and guidance. These were not planned classes; they formed spontaneously through resonance and trust. That experience showed me that embodied practice speaks for itself. When the state is authentic, people feel it, and they come closer.
